Join guest instructor Kristen (national line dancing champion) for a fun, all abilities country spectacular!

Country dress encouraged (prize for best dressed) - bring a sense of humour and your YEE-HAW attitude!

Kids welcome (accompanied by an adult).

**Kristen will also host a very special POUND class beforehand at 9.30am to run through the Royal Easter Show Flashmob routine - why not join both classes? (15mins recovery between classes)


SPECIAL EVENT CLASS to run through the routine:  SUNDAY 3rd March 9.30am

Join Kristen as she takes us through the POUND ROYAL EASTER SHOW FLASHMOB Routine for 2024!

The routine consists of snippets of multiple POUND songs cleverly blended together.  It's a great intro to POUND and highly recommended if you would like to join any of the FLASH MOBS at the Easter Show!



Sunday March 24 and Sunday March 31 (evening performance times tba)

Taking part in the flashmob will also include a free ticket to the Royal Easter Show.

All classes are suitable for all levels with modifications available as necessary.  Beginners are encouraged to kick-start their journey of moving better and embracing better health.  Intensity can always be increased for those who need it!

Our ONLINE community is thriving too - our reach stretches right around Australia and all the way to the UK with participants and expert trainers onboard providing a massive range of classes.  Every week there's over 50 classes to choose from - Abs to Yoga and everything in between!

Team Di classes are so much fun! Whilst still exercising Di's classes bring joy and laughter it doesn't feel like exercise at all. The group dynamic also brings encouragement whilst classes are built to accommodate both a slow and fast pace, whilst allows variations for any past/current injuries and movements.

Ujala, Classes

I woke up this morning wondering why my torso was so sore … and then I remembered Pound class from yesterday!  I wasn’t feeling great – my vertigo was playing up again, but I didn’t want to miss the fabulous class.  So Di, being the amazing person she is, adapted the entire class so we could do it while seated.  Still managed to work those muscle groups and get a good workout!  Thank you Di for always accommodating and showing me that I can still do it even if I don’t think I can.
