ABOUT TEAM DI
Team Di started over 10 years ago when there was a clear need for fun, inclusive training for "normal people". Embrace moving at your level, connect and be inspired by others, or continue your fitness journey at your pace - with an occasional wine or chocolate along the way if you wish!
All classes are suitable for all levels with modifications available as necessary. Beginners are encouraged to kick-start their journey of moving better and embracing better health. Intensity can always be increased for those who need it!
Our ONLINE community is thriving too - our reach stretches right around Australia and all the way to the UK with participants and expert trainers onboard providing a massive range of classes. Every week there's over 50 classes to choose from - Abs to Yoga and everything in between!
Challenge and charity are regular features of Team Di, you'll find special classes on offer every month or so!
