Team Di In-Person

Local, Fun, Beginner and Budget Friendly

Team Di Classes are just a bit different to your regular "gym class".

Firstly, we're a bunch of normal people wanting to be active, improve our fitness, health and strength, and have fun doing so.

Our classes are tailored to the group, and always flexible to accommodate specific needs.

There's a huge variety - from Circuits, to Step, to Choreographed .... plus special event classes regularly feature on the calendar, such as Bootscootin', POUND & Pour and Pop Pilates classes.

Our STRENGTH CIRCUIT is a 4 week block dedicated to building strength, focusing on form and technique.  Each block is capped at 4 participants only to ensure close attention is paid to each participant.  Training in this method is about 70% cheaper than one on one personal training, with a 4 week commitment at a time.

Team Di also has a strong sense of community from a charity perspective.  Regular classes and events with charity in mind, such as fundraising classes, form part of the calendar too.

Come and meet some locals in a class that's tailored just for you - you'll have so much fun you won't even realise you're exercising!
